This driver works on my HP Pavilion zv6015us running Windows 7 Enterprise x64 ...!
I just had to do a feew things.
1. I downloaded the driver and extracted the files
2. Opened CPl308By.inf and found the [HSF_MODEM.NTamd64]
3. I added the following lines right below the [HSF_MODEM.NTamd64] Line
%HSFModem% = ModemX, PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_4378&SUBSYS_3085103C&REV_01
%HSFModem% = ModemX, PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_4378&SUBSYS_3085103C
4. I saved the file
5. Then I browsed manually for the driver and it worked....!

HP dv6270us ....DRIVER WORKS FOR WINDOWS 7 X64!!! You have go manually install it though. The install package doesn't find the sound card on its own.

Ok this is great....fixed my sound issue now my modem issue on my Gatewat mx7520 laptop with Vista 64bit...Nik once again thank you. This file worked great and so did your suggestion.

Install this driver by unarchiving to a directory, use update driver dialogue and point to the directory and select the .inf file. Do NOT run the installer.
